House rules

1. Arrival and departure:

- Arrival is possible between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

- Departure is between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

2. Children:

- Children of all ages are welcome.

- Children under 3 years are free.

3. Minimum age for check-in:

- The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.

4. Smoking:

- Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartments. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas.

5. Parties/Events:

- Parties or other events are not permitted in our accommodations to ensure the peace and privacy of all guests.

6. Rest periods:

- We ask our guests to keep quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect the night's rest of our guests and neighbors.

7. Pets:

- Pets are allowed in our accommodation.

- Please note that additional charges apply for pet accommodation.
